16-bit I2C-bus and SMBus, low power I/O port with interrupt - # of Addresses: 8 ; I2C-bus: 400 kHz; Interrupt: 0-1 ; Max Sink Current per bit: 25 mA; Max. output current (A p-p): 200 ; Number of bits: 16 ; Operating temperature: -40~85 Cel; Operating voltage: 2.3~5.5 VDC; Source Current per bit: 10 mA; Weak Pull-Up Current Source: no internal pull up resistor; Package: SOT137-1 (SO24); Container: Reel Pack, SMD, 13
The PCA9535D can support I2C bus frequencies up to 400 kHz.
To configure the PCA9535D to operate in input mode, set the corresponding bit in the configuration register (Register 0x06) to '1'. This will configure the pin as an input.
The PCA9535D can sink or source up to 25 mA per pin.
The PCA9535D can be reset by pulling the RESET pin low for at least 1 ms. This will reset the device to its default state.
The internal pull-up resistors on the PCA9535D are used to pull up the I2C bus lines (SDA and SCL) to the positive supply voltage (VCC) when the device is not actively driving the bus.
