The maximum allowed voltage on the VCC pin is 5.5V, as specified in the datasheet. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.
The POR and BOR features are enabled by default. To handle them, ensure that the power supply is stable and within the recommended voltage range. You can also use external circuitry to filter out noise and voltage spikes.
