Transhield CP2000 CP2000A surge suppressors silicon diffused junction devices having bidirectional positive clamping characteristics. Devices available having tolerances nominal breakdown voltages (CP2000 series) (CP2000A series).
suppressors characterised sharp breakdown voltages, slope resistances, fast response times, high surge capability, long-term voltage stability. Each device 100% tested. event abnormal surge causing ratings Transhield suppressor exceeded, device will initially fail safe short-circuit state tripping series protective device.
