Darlington Transistor Arrays
These power driver arrays arrangement either seven (2000 series) eight (2800 series) darlington transistors with independent inputs outputs. They designed provide high voltage, medium current interface between voltage control logic peripheral loads. range inputs available allow specific compatibility with popular logic families (PMOS, CMOS, TTL, Shottky TTL). Different maximum output current output voltage combinations allow customer select device closest exact needs application. Each darlington configured open collector output with internal flyback diode protect against potentially destructive transient voltages caused inductive loads.
