Face-up attached polyimide side TCP. Face-down attached copper electrode side TCP. order output terminals just reversed which type using face-up facedown type.
When requesting designing please take order output terminals direction chip face into consideration.
Note case changing chip face direction example face-up face-down after making tape need remaking tape expenses.
