DESCRIPTION
'154 decoder accepts four active HIGH binary address inputs provides mutually exclusive active outputs. 2-input enable gate used strobe decoder eliminate normal decoding "glitches" outputs, used expansion decoder. enable gate AND'ed inputs which must enable outputs.
'154 used 1-of-16 demultiplexer using enable inputs multiplexed data input. When other enable LOW, addressed output will follow state applied data.
