M54/74HC283 high speed CMOS 4-BIT BINARY FULL ADDER fabricated silicon gate C2MOS technology. same high speed performance LSTTL combined with true CMOS power consumption. outputs provided each resultant carry (C4) obtained from fourth bit. This adder features full internal look ahead acros four bits. binary adder easily built cascading without additional logic. inputs equipped with protection circuits against static discharge transient excess voltage.
