Package
LM393 series consists independent precision voltage comparators with offset voltage specification max. comparators which were designed specifically operate from single power supply over wide range voltages. Operation from split power supplies also possible power supply current drain independent magnitude power supply voltage. These comparators also have unique characteristic that input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from single power supply voltage. LM393 series designed directly interface with CMOS. When operated from both plus minus power supplies, LM393 series will directly interface with logic where their power drain distinct advantage over standard comparators.
