DS5002M revision change from
Description Change: DS5002M Secure Microcontrollers being revised from revision revision This revision corresponds change fabrication process from micron process micron process. Corresponding with this change, absolute maximum voltage rating burn-in voltage will reduced from volts volts. Traceability: revision will clearly identifiable revision code package. revision will branded yywwB4, while revision will branded yywwC5, where yyww year work week devices assembled. revision will have datecodes 9940, later, begin shipping customers early December 1999. Samples revision should available November 1999. During conversion revision, either revision shipped interchangeably.
