DS5001 DS5002 revision change from
Description Change: DS5001 DS5002 Secure Microcontrollers being revised from revision revision This revision corresponds change fabrication process from micron process micron process. Corresponding with this change, absolute maximum voltage rating burn-in voltage will reduced from volts volts. Please note that absolute maximum voltage rating stress rating only. maximum operating voltage will remain volts, previous revisions. version number Bootstrap Loader also being changed from version version 1.2. When invoking loader, customers will notice change banner, revision will indicate "Loader version 1.1", while revision will indicate "Loader version 1.2". Other than these changes, customers should change device functionality, revision (C3) should drop-in replacement previous revision (B3). Device Affected: DS5001& DS5002, package styles, speed temperature grades. Traceability: revision will clearly identifiable datecode branded package. revision will branded yywwB3, while revision will branded yywwC3, where yyww year work week devices assembled. revision will have datecodes 9841, later, begin shipping customers early November 1998. Samples revision should available November 1998. During conversion revision, either revision shipped interchangeably.
