Description

Linear tuning, possible with conventional abrupt-junction tuning diodes, accomplished maintaining accurate silicon doping profile using ion-implantation precision control techniques. This series hyperabrupt diodes offer wide bandwidth tuning with bias voltage. example, volt hyperabrupt diode provide same tuning variation volt abrupt-junction diode. When capacitance tuning ratio values equal, hyperabrupt diode will have (measured volts, MHz) approximately that abrupt-junction diode.
