AME431B series 3-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with guaranteed temperature stability over full operation range. These feature sharp turn-on characteristics, temperature coefficient output impendance, which make them ideal substitutes Zener diodes applications such switching power supply, charger other adjustable regulators. reference 1.24V AME431Bxxxxx12 2.5V AME431Bxxxxx25. output voltage 1.24V VREF=1.24V part type VREF=2.5V part type with external resistors.
