Micropower Voltage Reference Diode
AME385-1.2 micropower 2-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diode. operates over 15µA 20mA current range. Each circuit trimmed wafer sort provide ±0.2% ±0.5% initial tolerance. design AME385-1.2 allows large range load capacitances operating currents. start-up current makes these part ideal battery applications. Analog Microelectronics offers this part TO-92 SO-8 packages well space saving SOT-23.
