AJDUSTABLE SHUNT REGULATOR
Description
H431XA series three-terminal adjustable regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over applicable temperature ranges. output voltage value between VREF (approximately 2.495 volts) TO-92 volts with external resistors. These devices have typical dynamic output impedance 0.2. Active output circuitry provides very sharp turn-on characteristic, making these devices excellent replacement zener diodes many applications.
