3-TERMINAL NEGATIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR
Description
TO-220 H7905_E series three-terminal negative regulators available TO-220AB package. They provide local on-card regulation, eliminating distribution problems associated with single point regulation; furthermore, having same voltage options H7905_E positive standard series, they particularly suited split power supplies. adequate heat sinking provided, H7905_E series deliver output current excess although designed primarily fixed voltage regulators, these devices used with external components obtain adjustable voltage currents.
