3-TERMINAL POSITIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR
Description
TO-220 H7815_E series three-terminal positive regulators available TO-220AB package. These regulators provide local -card regulation, eliminating distribution problems associated with single point regulation. Each employs internal current limiting, thermal shut-down safe operating area protection, making essentially indestructible. adequate heat sinking provided, they deliver over output current. Although designed primarily fixed voltage regulators, these devices used with external components obtain adjustable voltages currents. H7805_E characterized operation from +125°C, operating temperature always high, please refer power dissipation curve.
