General Description
A64S0616 operating current 16,777,216-bit Super organized 1,048,576 words bits operates power supply voltage from 2.7V 3.1V. built using AMIC's high performance CMOS DRAM process. Using hidden refresh technique, A64S0616 provides 100% compatible asynchronous interface. Inputs three-state outputs compatible allow direct interfacing with common system structures. chip enable input provided POWER-DOWN, device enable. byte enable inputs output enable input included easy interfacing. This A64S0616 suited power application such mobile phone other battery-operated handheld device.
