General Description
These N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistors produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This advanced technology been especially tailored minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, withstand high energy pulse avalanche commutation mode.
