APW7016 integrates output voltage control monitoring protection functions into single Package. APW7016 includes 3-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides easily adjustable precisely output voltage from 1.3VDC 1.65VDC 0.05V steps. selected output voltage maintained within accuracy over temperature line voltage variations. With 200kHz free-running triangle-wave oscillator error amplifier featuring 15MHz unity-gain bandwidth 6V/us slew rate inside chip APW7016 implement simple single feedback loop voltage-mode control topology with high transient performance. APW7016 also features with multiple protections against over-current over-voltage conditions inhibiting operation. APW7016 uses RDS(ON) upper MOSFET current sensing element which eliminates demend extra component. APW7016 also monitors output voltage using comparator with hysteresis that tracks output.
