APW7004 integrates output voltage control, output voltage programming, monitoring protection functions into single chip APW7004 includes 5-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides easily adjustable precisely output voltage from 2.1VDC 3.5VDC increments from 2.05 increments. selected output voltage maintained within accuracy over temperature line voltage variations. With 200kHz free-running triangle-wave oscillator error amplifier featuring 15MHz unity-gain bandwidth 6V/us slew rate inside chip, APW7004 implement simple, single feedback loop, voltage-mode control topology with high transient performance. APW7004 also features with multiple protections against over-current over-voltage conditions inhibiting operation. APW7004 uses RDS(ON) upper MOSFET current sensing element which eliminates demend extra component. APW7004 also monitors output voltage using comparator with hysteresis that tracks output issues Power Good signal once output within ±10%.
