Internal 0.8V temperature-compensated reference voltage designed meet output voltage further applications. Additional built-in soft-start function sets soft-start interval prevent output voltage from overshoot well limiting input current. controller's over-current protection (OCP) monitors output current using voltage drop across high-side MOSFET's RDS(ON), eliminating need current sensing resistor. additional under-voltage protection(UVP) monitors voltage short-circuit protection. over-current under-voltage protections trip cycle soft-start function until third fault events happened. Pulling holding OCSET below 1.25V with open drain device shuts down controller.
