ID71256SA 262,144-bit high-speed Static organized fabricated using IDT's highperfomance, high-reliability CMOS technology. This state-ofthe-art technology, combined with innovative circuit design techniques, provides cost-effective solution high-speed memory needs. IDT71256SA output enable which operates fast 6ns, with address access times fast 12ns. bidirectional inputs outputs IDT71256SA TTLcompatible operation from single supply. Fully static asynchronous circuitry used, requiring clocks refresh operation. IDT71256SA packaged 28-pin 300- 600-mil Plastic DIP, 28-pin Plastic TSOP.
