DESCRIPTION:
lDT6167 16,384-bit high-speed static organized part fabricated using IDT's highperformance, high reliability CMOS technology.
Access times fast 15ns available. circuit also offers reduced power standby mode. When goes HIGH, circuit will automatically remain standby mode long remains HIGH. This capability provides significant system-level power cooling savings. lowpower (LA) version also offers battery backup data retention capability where circuit typically consumes only operating battery. inputs output IDT6167 TTL-compatible operate from single supply, thus simplifying system designs. IDT6167 packaged space-saving 20-pin, Plastic CERDIP, Plastic 20-pin SOJ, providing high board-level packing densities. Military grade product manufactured compliance with latest revision MIL-STD-883, Class making ideally suited military temperature applications demanding highest level performance reliability.
