Description
LSCX110 laser modules highly reliable fiber optic light sources operating 1300 nanometer band. internal semiconductor lasers based upon InGaAsP buried heterostructure (BH) technology fabricated Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) process, resulting long lifetimes modest threshold currents. LSCX110 packages include photodiode monitoring laser output, thermistor monitoring laser heatsink temperature Peltier effect thermoelectric cooler (TEC). heatsink mounting flange incorporated into base "butterfly" package "bullhorn" type flange used package.
