DESCRIPTION
M200/210 Series family Phase-Locked Frequency Multipliers that range output frequencies from 200MHz 650MHz. These lowskew, low-noise devices accept either single-ended differential inputs ideally suited applications where environmentally remote stabilized reference available frequency source multiplication.

M200/210 Frequency Multiplier Series developed specifically meet tough performance requirements found today high-end RISC-based Computers, Telecom Transmission, Base Station, ATE, Datacom applications. Packaged small, 24-pin double-wide metal packages, M200/210 Series devices available with either PECL differential outputs operate from single supply (+5V PECL ECL). Standard models specified +70°C operation. Extended temperature range models available -25°C +85°C operation models) -55°C +125°C operation models).
