SCSI interface covered ANSI standard that allows input/output connect small computers with variety peripheral devices. Proper resistor termination requires resistor whose value closely matches characteristic impedance transmission line. Thin film networks offer significant advantages over conventional thick film processes terms tighter absolute ratio tolerances, greater stability, lower noise, Temperature Coefficient Resistance (TCR). Furthermore, they offer superior high frequency performance with minimal parasitic inductance capacitance. Integrated thin film networks also offer benefits board space savings, reduced assembly costs, increased reliability with fewer components.
