General SLT548x-xB series 1.5µm InGaAsP/InP laser diode modules designed optical source (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) application used with external modulator. SLT548x-xB tuned adjacent channels 50GHz spacing controlling chip temperature. chip mounted butterfly package integrated with optical isolator, InGaAs monitor thermo-electric cooler, single mode polarization maintaining (PM) fiber pigtail.
