Sirenza Microdevices SGA-2163 high performance SiGe MMIC Amplifier. Darlington configuration featuring micron emitters provides high excellent thermal perfomance. heterojunction increases breakdown voltage minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellation emitter junction non-linearities results higher suppression intermodulation products. 20mA SGA2163 typically provides output IP3, 10.5 gain, +7.1 compressed power using single positive voltage supply. Only DC-blocking capacitors, bias resistor optional choke required operation.
