aAS323/aAS324/aAS325 each contain independent high-speed bilateral CMOS analog switches that have very onresistance max) fast propagation delays. aAS323/aAS324/aAS325 singlesupply devices, they ideal applications that require switching rail-to-rail analog digital signals. These parts have very operating current (<1µA), which makes them ideal battery powered equipment. aAS323 contains normally open switches, aAS324 contains normally closed switches. aAS325 contains normally open switch normally closed switch. aAS323/aAS324/aAS325 available 8-pin DIP, SOIC, MSOP packages.
