PRODUCT BRIEF
Product Description
The aAM306 and aAM307 are very low on-resistance (10 max) multiplexers / demultiplexers with less than 2 of on-resistance variation between channels and fast propagation delays. The aAM306 and aAM307 are singlesupply devices, and they are ideal for applications that require switching of rail-to-rail analog or digital signals. These parts have very low power dissipation, which makes them ideal for battery powered equipment. All switches on the aAM306 and aAM307 are normally open. The aAM306 contains a 16to-1 device, and the aAM307 contains two 8-to-1 devices. The two multiplexers / demultiplexers on the aAM307 share control signals, so the same switch in each will be activated simultaneously. Both the aAM306 and aAM307 have an enable signal that turns off all switches when it is deasserted. The aAM306 and aAM307 are available in 28-pin DIP, SOIC and PLCC packages.
