Product Description
The aAM308 and aAM309 are very low on-resistance (10 max) multiplexers / demultiplexers with less than 2 of on-resistance variation between channels and fast propagation delays. The aAM308 and aAM309 are singlesupply devices, and they are ideal for applications that require switching of rail-to-rail analog or digital signals. These parts have very low power dissipation, which makes them ideal for battery powered equipment. All switches on the aAM308 and aAM309 are normally open. The aAM308 contains an 8to-1 device, and the aAM309 contains two 4-to-1 devices. The two multiplexers / demultiplexers on the aAM309 share control signals, so the same switch in each will be activated simultaneously. Both the aAM308 and aAM309 have an enable signal that turns off all switches when it is deasserted. The aAM308 and aAM309 are available in 16-pin DIP and SOIC packages.
