150MA LOW-NOISE REGULATOR PRODUCT BRIEF
aVR05 ultra-low-noise voltage regulator designed hand-held batterypowered devices. extremely dropout voltage (80mV typical with 150mA output) very quiescent current provide longest possible battery lifetime. aVR05 shutdown mode that controlled CMOS/TTL compatible input. When aVR05 into shutdown mode, power dissipation drops nearly zero. addition, aVR05 contains current limiting circuitry over-temperature protection. aVR05 available 2.5V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.0V 5.0V fixed voltage versions, packaged SOT-23-5 surface-mount packages.
