General Description
XC6385 series group (frequency) controlled step-up DC/DC converters. XC6385 series employs CMOS process laser trimming technologies attain power high accuracy. common problem among pagers noise, with XC6385, high frequency noise that occurs during switching reduced. Output voltage selectable 0.1V steps within 2.0V 7.0V maximum frequency 100kHz (Typ.) With built-in switching transistor, step-up circuit configured using coil, diode capacitor connected externally. Also available (chip enable) function that reduces power consumption during shut-down mode, independent function (separated power supply voltage detect pins) fly-back circuits. SOT-89-5 SOT-23/25 small packages.
