General Description
XC6204 series highly precise, noise, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. series achieves high ripple rejection dropout consists standard voltage source, error correction, current limiter phase compensation circuit plus driver transistor. Output voltage selectable 50mV increments within range 1.8V 6.0V. series also compatible with ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability maintained even during load fluctuations excellent transient response series. current limiter's foldback circuit also operates short protect output current limiter output pin. function enables output turned off, resulting greatly reduced power consumption.
