General Description
XC6203E series highly precise, power consumption, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS laser trimming technologies. series provides large currents with significantly small dropout voltage. XC6203E consists driver transistor, precision reference voltage error amplifier. Output voltage selectable 0.1V steps between voltage 1.8V 6.0V. SOT-89 (500mW), SOT-223 (1200mW) TO-92 (300mW) package.
