General Description
XC6202 series highly precise, power consumption, high voltage, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS laser trimming technologies. XC6202 consists current limiter circuit, driver transistor, precision reference voltage error correction circuit. Output voltage selectable 0.1V steps from 1.8V 18V. series also compatible with ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. Since current limiter circuit built-in, protected against overshoot currents such times output shorts etc. SOT-23(150mW), SOT-89(500mW), TO-92(300mW), SOT-223 (1200mW) USP-6B (100mW) packages available.
