APPLICATION NOTE
S3064 receiver performs serial-to-parallel conversion byte framing OC-48/STM-16 (2.488 Gbit/s) data. figure below illustrates decoupling connections S3064 device. values decoupling components 0.01 paralleled with dieletric, sizes 1206 805. grounds must tied directly ground plane. (Note: daisy chain grounds together.)
