DESCRIPTION
QS32X383 QS32X2383
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs Zero propagation delay (QS32X383) Zero ground bounce Undershoot Clamp diodes control switch pins 20-bit Double-Width format exchange allows nibble swap Zero ground bounce flow-through mode TTL-compatible input output levels Available 48-pin, 150-mil QVSOP package QS323X2383 version noise
QS32X383 QS32X2383 provide sets high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible switches. resistance QS32X383 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. Enable (BE) signals turn switches Exchange (BX) signals provide nibble swap pairs signals. This exchange configuration allows byte swapping buses systems. also used 10-wide 2-to-1 multiplexer create delay barrel shifters, etc. QS32X2383 adds internal series termination resistor each switch reduce reflection noise high speed applications.
