These devices offer high-density storage combined with 40-MHz performance. CY27H512 available windowed opaque packages. Windowed packages allow device erased with light 100% reprogrammability. CY27H512 equipped with power-down chip enable (CE) input output enable (OE). When deasserted, device powers down low-power stand-by mode. three-states outputs without putting device into stand-by mode. While offers lower power, provides more rapid transition from three-stated outputs. memory cells utilize proven EPROM floating-gate technology byte-wide intelligent programming algorithms. EPROM cell requires only 12.75 supervoltage programming current allows gang programming. device allows each memory location tested 100%, because each location written erased, repeatedly exercised prior encapsulation. Each device also tested performance guarantee that product will meet specification limits after customer programming. CY27H512 read asserting both inputs. contents memory location selected address inputs A15-A0 will appear outputs O7-O0.
