pmEasy loaded three ways: DOS, disk boot sector BIOS, from ROM. Floppy, hard disk, flash/RAM disk supported. Loading convenient initial stages debugging. Once pmEasy loaded, starts application. application from ROM, pmEasy transfers control application's entry point. Otherwise, loads application from disk performs selector offset fixups. (The file must linked Windows .exe (NE) format Portable Executable (PE) format, which produced standard linkers). While application running, pmEasy provides services for: memory allocation deallocation, local descriptor table management, interrupt trap management.
