DESCRIPTION:
LVCH16244A 16-bit buffer/driver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. LVCH16244A designed specifically improve performance density 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, bus-oriented receivers transmitters. device used four 4-bit buffers, 8-bit buffers, 16-bit buffer. This device provides true outputs symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE) inputs. pins this 16-bit buffer/driver driven from either 3.3V devices. This feature allows this device translator mixed 3.3V/5V supply system. LVCH16244A been designed with ±24mA output driver. driver capable driving moderate heavy load while maintaining speed performance. LVCH16244A "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
