Operating principle
Control level conductive liquid specific points (high levels) with alarm level which abnormally high low. principle based measurement apparent resistance liquid between submerged probes. When this value lower than preset threshold unit front face, output relay and/or alarm relay change state. avoid electrolytic phenomena, current runs across probes. Adjusting sensitivity sensitivity that relay will change state when probes contact with liquid. Then check that relay returns initial position soon probes emerge. certain applications, fine-tuning sensitivity prevents inappropriate detection, such presence foam bubbles surface occurrence leakage impedance between probes (extended line capacity, humidity, etc). Note Latching alarm relay de-energised state fault occurs programmed switch underside unit (only when unit switched off). reset alarm relay power, long levels reset. Programming level controller programmed using switches lower panel
Memory Alarm Function Emptying High Filling
Note Memory, Alarm Function must only selected when unit switched off.
Filling control with alarm power-up, probe submerged, relays energised pump filling starts, relay lit. When level reaches probe, relay de-energises pump filling stops, relay goes off. Relay re-energises when probe emerges. event fault (level continues fall) probe emerges, relay de-energises alarm triggered relay lit. This fault stored.
Emptying control with alarm power-up, probes Min, submerged, relays energised pump emptying starts, relay lit. When probe emerges, relay de-energises pump emptying stops, relay goes off. event fault, level continues fall probe emerges, relay deenergises alarm triggered relay lit. This fault stored.
