1-Watt High Linearity Amplifier
Avago Technologies' ALM-31322 high linearity Watt with good OIP3 performance exceptionally good P1dB gain compression point, achieved through Avago Technologies' proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. matching components fully integrated within module input output pins already internally AC-coupled. This makes ALM-31322 extremely easy only external parts supply bypass capacitors. adjustable temperature-compensated internal bias circuit allows device operated either class class operation. ALM-31322 housed inside miniature 22-lead multiple-chips-on-board (MCOB) module package.
