PS088-315 voltage controlled phase shifter that employs monolithic quadrature hybrid pair selected silicon varactor diodes achieve 100-degree phase shift insertion loss. PS088-315 packaged small outline (Land Grid Array) surface mount package with internal elements affixed organic substrate.
