Data Sheet PULSE-WIDTH-MODULATION CONTROL CIRCUITS General Description
AZ7500E voltage mode pulse width modulation switching regulator control circuit designed primarily power supply control. AZ7500E consists reference voltage circuit, error amplifiers, on-chip adjustable oscillator, dead-time control (DTC) comparator, pulse-steering control flip-flop, output control circuit. precision voltage reference (VREF) improved through trimming this provides better output voltage regulation. AZ7500E provides pushpull single-ended output operation, which selected through output control. AZ7500E enhanced version AZ7500B improves Pin's reliability comparing with AZ7500B. AZ7500E available standard packages DIP-16 SOIC-16.
