AZ7500B/C consists reference voltage circuit, error amplifiers, on-chip adjustable oscillator, dead-time control (DTC) comparator, pulse-steering control flip-flop, output control circuit. precision voltage reference (VREF) improved through trimming this provides better output voltage regulation.
