AZ70XX series under voltage detectors with built voltage threshold power consumption. AZ70XX specifically designed accurately monitor power supplies. AZ70XX precision on-chip voltage reference comparator measure input operating voltage. These accurately reset system after detecting voltage time switching power instantaneous power various systems other logic systems. detect voltage thresholds AZ7023/25/27/29/31/33/42/45 respectively. Built hysteresis helps prevent erratic operation presence noise. AZ70XX series available standard packages: TO-92 (bulk ammo packing) SOT-89.

Figure typical timing waveform AZ70XX. normal steady-state operation when VCC>VDET-, output will logic high state VOUT dependent upon voltage that pull-up resistor connected Here some explanations AZ70XX's operation. When input voltage falls below VDET-, output will pull down logic after delay time tpHL. general, rated output current VCC, VOUT pulled down voltage within 0.4V from GND. (See Electrical Characteristics section). voltage level VDET- means detect voltage. output, VOUT, will stay valid until falls below minimum operating voltage, VOPR (0.8V typical). Below minimum operating voltage, output undefined. During power-up, VOUT will remain undefined until rises above VOPR, which time output will become valid. VOUT will active state while VOPR<VCC<VDET+ (VDET+=VDET-+VHYS). VDET+ release voltage. VHYS means hysteresis voltage difference voltage between VDET+ VDET-. When rises above VDET+, output will inactive state. After delay time tpLH, VOUT will logic high state
