Data Sheet PULSE-WIDTH-MODULATION CONTROL CIRCUITS General Description
AZ494B/D voltage mode pulse width modulation switching regulator control circuit designed primarily power supply control. AZ494B/D consists reference voltage circuit, error amplifiers, on-chip adjustable oscillator, dead-time control (DTC) comparator, pulse-steering control flip-flop, output control circuit. AZ494B/D capable push-pull single-ended output operation, which selected through output control. AZ494B 4.95V AZ494D reference voltage respectively. precision voltage reference (VREF) improved 1.5% through trimming this provides better output voltage regulation. AZ494B/D available standard packages DIP-16 SOIC-16.
