AZ339 series consists four independent precision voltage comparators with offset voltage specification 2mV. input common mode voltage range these comparators includes ground, even when operated from single power supply voltage. Operation from split power supplies also possible power supply current drain independent magnitude power supply voltage. AZ339 series designed directly interface with CMOS. AZ339 series widely used such applications battery charger, cordless telephone, switching power supply, DC-DC module motherboard. AZ339 series available Packages: DIP-14 SOIC-14.
