AM5669 five-channel driver which four channels voltage type drivers tracking focus actuators, sled spindle motors, other channel motor driver tray which supports forward/reverse control. This also contains independent precise voltage regulators with adjustable range from 1.5V free comparator spindle channel motor direction detection. AM5669 available standard HSOP-28 package.

built-in thermal shutdown circuit mutes output current when chip temperature reaches 175oC (Typ). hysteresis 30oC (Typ), circuit will start again when chip temperature falls 145oC (Typ). Tray driver logic input:

case mute voltage under 0.5V this connected, output current muted (except tray motor driver). Mute voltage should more than 2.0V normal application.
Bias (pin should pulled more than 1.2V. case bias voltage pulled down below 0.9V (Typ), output current muted.
Insert bypass capacitor (about 0.1µF) between VCC1,2 close possible this chip.
Input circuit pins designed avoid simultaneous activation upper lower output tray; however, order improve reliability, apply motor forward/reverse input once through open mode. recommend time period open longer than 10msec. side output voltage output pins (VOTR+ VOTR-) varies depending output control terminal tray (pin 21). side output voltage three times (9.2dB Typ) voltage VCTL (pin 21). And, side output voltage equal output saturation voltage.
Heat dissipation fins attached inside package. Make sure connect them external GND.
